The large villa was built in ca. 1967 and lies on the hillside above San Nazzaro in location Casenzano. Sunny and quiet position with nice view to the lake, Ascona and the mountains. Swimmingpool ca. 5 m x 3 m (open from ca. middle May until ca. the end of September, weather dependent). Large garden with granite table. In the pool area and in the 1st floor partly covered balcony with furniture, all for single use. Driveway until house, 2 covered private parking places. Bus stop ca. 500 m. Shop, lake, railway station ca. 3.5 km. Bed, kitchen, bath linen and baby cot available. Pets permited.

Simple furniture. Groundfloor: Entrance. Living room with fireplace, sofa, seating corner, radio, Sat-TV (no CH-channels), exit on terrace. Separate dining room with table, exit on terrace and the pool area. Kitchen, own room with modern cooking combination, electric stove, dishwasher.
