Brione is a small village and lies on the sunny slope above Locarno. The well-kept detached house was newly renovated in 2022. Through the use of authentic materials, centuries-old wood and the love for many other architectural details, the historic house was shown the appreciation it deserves. The house lies at the beginning of the village in a sunny position with wonderful panoramic view of the lake and the surrounding mountain range.
