Sessa lies in an elevated position in the beautiful holiday region of Malcantone, about 6 km from Ponte Tresa and about 17 km from the famous resort Lugano. Ideal for hiking and enjoying the nature. Short distance for interesting excursions to Lake Lugano or to Luino on Lake Maggiore. The holiday village is located in a quiet and sunny position in a vast green area of approx. 100,000 m2 outside the village (bus stop and shops about 600m). Ideal conditions for holidays with children or as starting point for hikers and bikers which also appreciate the amenities of the existing restaurant. The holiday center consists of a building with hotel, reception, restaurant with large terrace and international cuisine and a snack bar. The apartments are located adjacent in a green area, divided into four bungalow-style units on 2 floors. Each apartment with covered terrace and garden furniture for private use. Parking on the area. Free of charge for holiday guests available: spacious swimming pool area (open also for external guests) with a large outdoor pool ( 25m x 15m, open from the end of May to mid- September, weather permitting ) as well as non-swimmers and small children pool, sun- and playground, beach volley, mini football field, table tennis, children playground. Large entertainment program (depending on season): games for children and youth, cultural events, BBQ and music evenings, pony rides, open-air theater, magicians as well as natural excursions, guided tours, bike trips, hikes, etc. For bikers, there is a bicycle room with biker tools. In rental price included: electricity, heating, final cleaning (without kitchen dishes), bed linen, parking place, entrance to the pool during opening hours. Small pets permitted for extra charge. Intermediate cleaning for extra charge possible. Washing machine for common use. Half board ( Fr. 49.- person/day, children up to 12 years Fr. 31.-) or daily menu ( Fr.37.- per person/day, children up to 12 years. Fr 21.-) can be booked on site.
